In a post-World Government era, the criminal factions have emerged to take control of the cities and the people on Earth.

Keen to reconnect with their human lives, some Indigenes return to Earth, only to be captured by the factions and ridiculed by those abandoned by their own government.

A returned Indigene named Isobel is sold to Waverley, a New York neighbourhood suspicious of the newcomer. But as a problem with the supply of life support threatens the residents, it appears that Isobel may hold the key to their liberation.

Continue on the journey with Quantum Silence, book four in the exciting Exilon 5 series.

I can't wait for the next book to come out!!! Exilon 5 is a wonderful series. This is the 6th book, with the prequel books...... Forget TV, this is so much more entertaining.

So glad the fourth book came out - it had been difficult waiting after reading the first three in quick succession! I won't give any spoilers, but it was great to read about those left behind on Earth, and the development of the interactions between the 'races'.

This story is set in Earth and brings back little Ben, now a young adult/teenager. Totally different yet still tied in with Exilon 5. Good reading!

Quantum Silence A Dystopian Post Apocalyptic Novel Exilon 5 Book 4 edition by Eliza Green Literature Fiction eBooks

Eliza has done it again in this the exciting 4th novel in the Exilon 5 series. She has created a world that you can just immerse yourself in.
This is a great work of fiction that I really enjoyed and am looking forward to the next novel in the series.

In this novel we find Ben, the little boy from the first book, who is now a teenager/young adult was exiled back to Earth because he had talked to Stephen. The World Government has left Earth taking all the skilled works leaving only the young, the very old and the dredges of society. The Criminal factions have taken over and control everything. Indigene are returning to Earth to try to reconnect to their past lives only to be taken by these factions. A Resistance movement has risen up and hopes for one of the returning Indigene can help them in the fight.

Quantum Silence A Dystopian Post Apocalyptic Novel Exilon 5 Book 4 edition by Eliza Green Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews

I must say I always am eager to read the next new book from Eliza, and I have been fascinated with the new world she created in this series. It's been quite interesting to say the least. I have grown attached to learning more about the characters and what happens/happened to them. I can't say this is my favorite of the series, but it's very good as are all her books. I found it dragged on a little in places, but it's still a great book. A must read if you are a fan of this series and Ms. Green's writing.
This, the fourth book in the Exilon 5 series reacquaints you with the series immediately. The problem with well-written series is that there’s a necessary time lag between books of quality so the author cab dot her is and cross her ts. I can't keep saying I'm not normally a Sci-Fic reader since I haven't read much Sci-Fic since my teen years. Yet I'm a character reader and Eliza Green really gets into character development. A seamless transition from book 1 to book 2 to book 3 to book 4. As in the 3rd book I couldn't read fast enough with well-laid plot developments coming to fruition along with a new direction. No spoilers here though, buy the books, read the books, get into a good author I have! In fact, I'm researching what else this author has written.
After the World Government and most of the skilled people left Earth for Exilon 5, Earth becomes a place ruled by ruthless criminals. The air is unbreathable, requiring oxygen canisters. Some Indigenes were returned to Earth along with some who had originally been from there. What eventually results is a revolution.

This book is not anywhere near the previous ones in this series, in my opinion. The writing is disjointed, and it sometimes appears to me to be more written at a juvenile level. Maybe Ms. Green committed to this fourth book, but it doesn't appear that her heart was in it. A very disappointing read for me, and one that will make me question reading any future books in the series.
Great Book and great read.
Not as good as first couple of books.

It was a good continuation of this saga and I am looking forward to book 5. The end felt a little rushed to me but it was at a logical breaking point so I won't make a big deal about it.
